The Quality Performance of Manufacturing Companies in West Java: SCM, TQM, and JIT Impact

This study aims to analyze the impact of supply chain management (SCM), total quality (TQM), and just-in-time (JIT) practices on performance manufacturing companies in Jawa Barat, Indonesia. The sector Barat plays a crucial role regional economy, making it imperative for maintain high-quality standards remain competitive. Data were collected through surveys interviews from sample 40 Barat. analysis included statistical techniques such as t-tests F-tests examine relationships between SCM, TQM, JIT, performance. results indicated that JIT have significant positive influence calculated t-values F-value found be greater than critical values, indicating significance. Furthermore, Adjusted R Square value 0.669 suggests 66.9% variance can attributed combined JIT. These findings underscore importance implementing effective enhance companies. By optimizing processes, fostering culture continuous improvement, lean production methods, achieve higher product quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency.
